\nIt's warm and comfortable in bed; waking up irritates us.\"<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Do you know that feeling? I bet you do. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Anthony de Mello, a Jesuit and mystic born in Bombay, believed that if we feel unhappy, if we feel something is missing, it's partly because we want it ourselves, or to put it differently: because we don't want to change anything or are afraid to change something.<\/p>\n

Of course, change isn't easy, and even though change is the only constant, we still don't like it.
\nYou probably know the fear of change too.
\nIn \"Awakening\", de Mello tells a rather sad story of an eagle raised among a flock of chickens and convinced that this was its place. The eagle lived a peaceful life, unaware that if it only tried to fly, it would probably see a few things from a different perspective. <\/p>\n

I admit this story always depresses me and at the same time greatly angers me, because it forces me to \u2013 well, to wake up. And we know that waking up irritates us\u2026 (Anthony de Mello loved and provoked such irritation in listeners and readers, <\/em>
\nthat was his point: to awaken thinking).<\/em><\/p>\n

Outdoor works.<\/span>
\nWe know this, and most importantly, so do our Clients who advertise their products, services, and brands outdoors. It's not difficult to convince the already convinced (the trick is to ensure they don't lose their conviction, but that's a topic for another article).
