Regardless of the location,<br \/>\nthe principles governing outdoor advertising design are identical worldwide.<br \/>\nThey can be summed up in one sentence: minimum content and form, maximum impact.<br \/>\nAll those that deviate from this principle are mostly ineffective.<br \/>\nMost differences in outdoor advertising are noticeable in the choice of location<br \/>\nand the way ads are displayed. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4640\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_Chromatic_1-1.jpg-1-1024x761.jpg\" alt=\"befunky_chromatic_1-jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"476\"><\/p>\n<p>While traveling across the United States, I had the opportunity to visit California,<br \/>\nNevada and Arizona, and see American outdoor advertising firsthand.<br \/>\nCompared to Europe, there's less of it in spaces between settlements,<br \/>\nwith concentration visible in cities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In sunny California, where great attention is paid to ecology, healthy eating, and lifestyle, layouts and structures are designed to blend perfectly with the surroundings. Outside large urban areas, in the south of the state, you can<br \/>\nfind designs composed of muted colors, using 2D elements,<br \/>\nand advertising carriers painted in earth tones.<br \/>\nThey advertise local wineries, restaurants, and farms. All are minimalist in form, even though more than two typefaces were used in their design.  <\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_Chromatic_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_Chromatic_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"236\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>In Los Angeles, the hub of stars, posters are more contrasting. Designers use pure colors, bold sans-serif fonts,<br \/>\nalong with humor and simple metaphors. Thanks to this, even that percentage of society<br \/>\nthat doesn't know English can easily understand the message of each poster.<br \/>\nPretty much everything is advertised, from beer to phones and movie premieres.  <\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4326.jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4326.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4328.jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4328.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4333.jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4333.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4331.jpg.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/BeFunky_IMG_4331.jpg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"465\" height=\"624\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_4936.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_4936.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/>\nOutdoor advertising reaches practically everywhere. We can find it even in Mojave, near Death Valley. Of course, the messages are tailored to the needs that arise <span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">within reach of the few tourists.<\/span>  <\/p>\n<p>Curious what can be advertised in a desert town where everyone knows each other? Residents advertise theaters, hair salons, fast food restaurants and churches, as well as the nearest shops.<br \/>\nThe appearance of these ads leaves much to be desired. But they are put up informally by private individuals.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5820.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5820.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5402.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5402.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><br \/>\nIn Arizona, we can even see advertising structures <span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">that incorporate nature, in this case stones \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5035.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jetline.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5035.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"478\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Not far from Mojave, in the state of gambling and entertainment, we find outdoor advertising that mainly uses the latest technologies. Outdoor advertising in Las Vegas is primarily interactive, multimedia, well-lit and well-designed, perfectly integrated into the space of buildings and their windows. <\/p>\n<p>This desert city can afford such luxury thanks to the construction and operation of the Hoover Dam. In Las Vegas and Nevada, advertising is unique. Due to the nature of advertised services: casinos, strip clubs, escorts with home delivery, concerts and all kinds of entertainment, it is intended and directed mainly at adults. It's often tasteless and direct. This is one of the factors why teenagers and children are rarely seen there.
