We all remembered our math lessons about growth charts - linear and exponential, and why the latter is so dangerous in this context. In recent weeks, we've been flooded with information about the number of infected, victims, and recovered cases. However, we quickly start to get lost in these numbers. The scale of the pandemic exceeds human ability to think in terms of numbers. We can still imagine hundreds, but thousands and tens of thousands become abstract numbers to us. Only their graphical representation in the form of a chart shows us what the dynamics of a particular phenomenon look like. In this case - the epidemic. Data, when properly presented, can be excellent material for social and commercial campaigns across various communication channels. The creators of the Water Footprint project developed infographics showing how much water is needed to produce specific food products. Clear, simple graphics allow you to see at a glance the differences in water consumption for growing, for example, bananas and mangoes. <\/p>\n

Spotify, which collects vast amounts of data about its subscribers' behavior in the app, has been creating outdoor campaigns for several years that humorously reference users' streaming habits. From city billboards, we can learn that:
\n- on the day of the Brexit vote, 3,749 people listened to \"It's the End of the World As We Know It\",
\n- users created 28,802 playlists titled \"God is a woman\", while only 9 playlists were titled \"God is a man\" (thanks to singer Ariana Grande and her hit \"God is a Woman\" ;))
\n- on the day of the solar eclipse, 08\/21\/2017, Bonnie Tyler's \"Total Eclipse of the Heart\" was played 3 times more frequently than on previous days. <\/p>\n
