DOOH Campaign Coordinator / DOOH Inventory Expert
How we see your tasks:
· managing the Digital OOH campaign ecosystem
· ensuring correct and planned emission of Digital OOH ads on all Jet Line’s digital media in Poland
· participating in planning and implementing new projects in the broader IT field
and also initiating them
· initiating, improving processes, auditing – we need your attention and your “Let’s do it differently!”
· monitoring, analyzing, and reporting
We’re looking for someone who:
· has experience in work related to IT project implementation
· is familiar with working in CMS / CMR systems
· sees and understands processes
· enjoys analyzing and connecting the dots
· has precise and spatial vision
· values independence and isn’t afraid of responsibility
· understands that this is teamwork and practices a partnership approach in action, speech, and writing
How do we work?
· works 3 days a week in the office in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district
· the other 2 days are remote work – if you prefer
· we like clear rules and wisely planned daily routines
· we have a sense of responsibility and humor

If you also want to send a cover letter, write it specifically for us. We carefully read what you write about yourselves, and we really like your well-told, relevant, and factual stories.

Selected candidates are invited for an interview with their future manager. And sometimes after this interview, we already know that yes, you're the only one missing - and sometimes we ask for a task to be completed or another meeting.

What will your first day at Jet Line be like?

Everyone already knows you're joining Jet Line. A prepared workspace and an office access card await you.

Your manager will show you around the company and introduce you to everyone. Don't worry, we know you won't remember all the names - but everyone will remember yours.

On the first day, everything seems like a lot. Don't worry. You'll receive a “Welcome Book” with the most important information and time to settle in.

Your supervisor will schedule meetings for you with the heads of all departments in the company. Within a few days, you'll understand what we do and why, where our tasks intersect, and what, why, and for whom is most important.
