Outdoor Advertising Industry (OOH / DOOH)
Marketing in our organization is responsible for market communication, developing our offering, and building tools that help clients better understand the possibilities of outdoor advertising.
This position is for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with daily operational work. We are looking for someone who can design marketing activities while also independently implementing and developing them.
We are looking for someone who understands business and numbers, and can translate marketing into concrete actions.
Your approach to work, mindset, and responsibility for projects are key.
This role is for someone who understands the market, can work with data, and feels comfortable both analyzing in Excel and engaging with people.
The Ideal Candidate
- has experience in B2B marketing – preferably in the media, advertising, technology, or business services industry
- understands the sales process and the specifics of the advertising market
- can work with data, analyze results, and draw conclusions from them
- is highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with reports and data analysis
- can plan marketing activities based on business goals and KPIs
- effectively designs customer journeys – from the first contact with the company, through expert content and sales materials, to ongoing collaboration
- understands how individual touchpoints build a consistent customer experience
- is tech-savvy and interested in its impact on the development of marketing and the advertising market (e.g., DOOH, data, measurement, automation)
- can communicate about technology and complex solutions in a way that is understandable to clients and business partners
- has experience in preparing sales materials – presentations, offers, case studies
- writes well and can clearly translate complex topics into understandable language
- is comfortable with self-presentation and representing the company at conferences or industry events
- can manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring them to completion
- is independent, organized, and accountable for their projects
What will you be responsible for?
- planning and implementing B2B marketing activities
- close collaboration with the sales department in developing offerings and sales support materials
- designing customer journeys – from initial interest in the company to subsequent projects
- creating communication tailored to different stages of this relationship
- preparing materials for the sales department (presentations, case studies, offers, analyses)
- analyzing marketing and sales data, and preparing reports
- creating expert content and communication materials for the market
- participating in industry events, conferences, and company image-building activities
- developing the company’s presence in B2B communication channels (e.g., LinkedIn, industry publications)
- coordinating marketing projects and collaborating with external partners

3 days a week in the office in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district
2 days of remote work – if you prefer

a DOOH Network Expansion Specialist (for the MORE digital screen network in Warsaw).
Do you have an eye for locations?
There are dozens of storefronts in Warsaw where we see potential for modern MORE screens.
Your job is to turn them into signed contracts!
You find a location -> present the offer to the Owner -> sign the contract -> collect your commission
Simple model, high autonomy, and real impact on the development of Poland’s best digital outdoor advertising network.
Form of cooperation: B2B model (self-employment)
What exactly will you be doing?
- identifying the best storefronts (high traffic, good exposure)
- reaching out to property owners / tenants
- conducting conversations and negotiations (win-win model)
- finalizing location contracts
- maintaining relationships with acquired locations
This role is NOT for everyone! We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in sales / negotiations (B2B, real estate, outdoor – a big plus)
- has a sense for locations and can assess a site’s potential
- is comfortable with fieldwork and direct contact
- knows how to close deals, not just start them
- is independent and effective (doesn’t wait for leads)
