Mother's Day in the Big City

Do you know what they answered?
In Polish it would probably sound something like: "For God's sake, listen to me for once!"
and of course it would be directed at their little son or daughter.
However, Mother New York agency concluded that not only children, regardless of their age, need motherly advice and decided to share it with the city. Here's some motherly nagging that some people miss while others have had enough of it, straight from New York. Strikingly accurate, delightfully out of home.
I didn't go nine months without a glass of wine so you could go to a job you hate.
Love, Mom.
If I could pick up yours, you can pick up the dog's.
Love, Mom.
Don't even think I'm cleaning that up.
Love, Mom.
The execution of the campaign itself is also noteworthy: Mother New York prepared a special survey,
actually collected mothers' voices, including the voices of their own employees' moms, and gave employees a free day off after the holiday (in the US, Mother's Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May, which this year
was May 8th). This is not only an interesting campaign but also a warm gesture toward employees who, if they want, can spend that extra Monday with their mothers.
(And we hope that after such a weekend, no other message from those currently in the city would appear:
Just once you could say something nice about me to that therapist. Love, Mom )
