Promotions and Organizational Structure Update at Jet Line
The New Year has brought changes and an organizational structure update to Jet Line. Market trends, new technologies, and rapidly changing customer needs affect how every organization operates. Changes are necessary, natural, and inevitable, and every company faces them sooner or later.
Heraclitus of Ephesus said that “the only constant in life is change”. We couldn't agree more! We are evolving by embracing the opportunities and taking on the challenges that digital transformation brings. The key role here is collaboration (not competition) between technology and humans. The Board ensures proper business preparation and proactive change management. There's a lot of new coming, we need time for it and make space for it.
Space, meaning area. At Jet Line, we create space for communication (OOH and Digital OOH).

What Has Changed in our Structure?
Beata Chojecka-Kuczek has been promoted to Sales Director and has taken over the sales department. Previously, she led the sales department as Deputy Director. She also supported the board by participating in discussing and making all strategic decisions. She has been working at Jet Line since 2006, from the beginning in the sales team. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and managing the sales department, as well as maintaining and establishing relationships with company clients.
Agnieszka Maszewska has formally become the Marketing and Communications Director. She has been part of the Jet Line team since 2008. She creates and implements marketing strategy, defining Jet Line's goals and building our consistent image. Thanks to this, we are and can be visible, just like our DOOH and OOH advertisements in the public space.
Andrzej Słomka, Managing Director, after 10 years of combining the roles of Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director, is now responsible for internal affairs and company development, including primarily the increasingly dynamic and colorful interdisciplinary projects. In the new year, there will be many of them, and sufficient time needs to be found for them.
The Board has also decided to create a new position. Maciej Podgórny has joined the Jet Line team as Chief Digital Officer. He will support Jet Line in technological transformation and building our digital offering. Although it's a new position - Maciek is not a new employee at all. He has been associated with us since 2017, when he developed the screen network and created Jet Line's first Digital OOH offering as part of MyLED. Maciek is responsible for, among other things, the real-time audience counting model and providing data on its demographic structure. He was also responsible for implementing digital campaigns in the programmatic model. He reports directly to Managing Director Andrzej Słomka
