We asked our friendly partners what “mindfulness” means to them and how it is present in their lives. We noticed that it means something different to everyone - to us as well. We decided to use the versatility of this word and show different interpretations of a mindful approach to life. Mindful and sustainable fashion, mindful care for others and their needs, mindfulness with words, with looking at a seemingly well-known area, mindful choices, eating, mindfulness of the body's needs, spirit, mindful traveling, etc.
We want to dedicate the entire summer to mindfulness understood this way. Photos, videos, animations we dressed in a common template for the series and broadcast in the 7 largest cities in Poland.
