Noon/Noon Creative Brand Communication

Modern marketing is no longer just about selling and promoting products and services, but an authentic conversation with Customers, who can express their opinions, needs, preferences and be met with openness from the brand. Communication between the brand and Customers should be understandable to the recipient, clear and simple but not impersonal.

An effective communication strategy is based on creative ideas, cares for the comfort and well-being of its Customers, affects emotions and influences the shaping of their loyalty.
Therefore, brand information should be directed to all senses. The more senses are engaged in receiving messages, the more likely it is that the brand and its products or services will stay in memory for a long time.

During one of my recent walks in Warsaw, I came across an unusually and well-communicated brand. Information about it is directed to all senses of potential Customers:
sight, hearing, taste, smell, and touch.

NOON/NOON is a creative brand communication of modern, designer furniture,
which quality and comfort everyone can test at the DESIGN STORE / MEETING SPOT
at Pańska 98 Street in Warsaw. It's an unusual meeting place where we can enjoy good coffee, fresh juice or wine, eat a delicious salad and spend time
in aesthetic spaces, while testing the furniture that is intended
for sale. We can sit on them, take a nap, drink coffee in a comfortable armchair
and have dinner at a large dining table. Any passerby can try out which piece of furniture will be most comfortable for them.

NOON/NOON is a combination of a store and café/restaurant, a meeting place for designers
and photographers, as well as a kind of gallery with minimalist functional art.
It's a concept whose communication is based on relationships - and these are what determine
whether a Customer will return to us. This way, the brand also attaches the potential Customer to itself, to the place and products.
Because if the furniture is comfortable, perhaps the restaurant customer will want to have it in their home?
