Office Manager

Beata is the office manager at Jet Line and coordinates mobile campaigns that happen on Mobijets.

She’s our guarantee that everything works as it should. With Beata on board, you can breathe easy.

And speaking of being on board – she’s also a board member of the Explorers’ Voyage Foundation and runs its office. She loves the sea and everything related to it. Yacht Skipper. 💙

Lawyer

Beata has been supporting Jet Line with legal knowledge for seventeen years.

A master of organization, planning, and effective implementation of plans.

She spends her free time with family, preferably in the mountains.

Agnieszka Maszewska

Marketing and Communication Director

A Polish language graduate, she starts several books and podcasts at once, supporting her favorite creators.

She loves mountains, believes the Tatras are the most beautiful, but water is also very close to her heart; she’s the vice president of the Explorers’ Voyage Foundation.

She loves friends, cinema, and theater. She always aims high, but it’s hard to say whether that’s why she climbed Mount Everest, or if it was more out of love for mountains. 🗻

Paweł deals with investments and locations for MORE carriers.

Artur Grzenda

Technical Service

Artur Grzenda – it’s not exactly known how many talents Artur has.

He’s a bassist in the band Metka, author of the comic “Kmieć Grzegorz” and “Colonel Domino” (with artist Wojtek “Cichy” Cichoń).

For several years, he’s been working in Jet Line’s technical team.

Sense of humor, perspective, and once again sense of humor – that’s our Artur. He really likes mountains.

Sales Department

Kasia is an OOH consultant in the Sales Department. Always well-prepared for conversations.

She studied in Lublin, lives in Warsaw, travels the world – if it’s warm there.

Advertising Campaign Coordinator

Aga prepares campaign reports, coordinates the work of our collaborators – photographers.

She’s been working at Jet Line almost since the company’s inception and knows many of its stories.

She trains and participates in urban runs.

Wojciech Smolak

Campaign Implementation Department Manager

Wojtek manages the implementation of all actions and campaigns

at Jet Line. He’s in contact with all collaborators and technical teams across Poland. He can do everything.

Apparently, he once lost patience, but it’s not known if that’s true because no one saw it.

Urszula Tubiak

MORE content marketing manager

Journalist by education. Marketer by profession. Musician after hours.

She treats marketing as a way to connect with people. At Jet Line, she ensures that MORE screens are lively, inspiring, and wise.

In her free time, she reads a lot – preferably reportages. She composes music, plays the piano, and sings. 🎹

Maciej Podgórny

Chief Digital Officer

Maciek runs and practices martial arts. Whenever he finds time, he goes hiking, particularly fond of the Tatra Mountains.

He reads a lot. He’s raising a 2-year-old daughter – or at least, as he claims, trying to. He runs an apiary. He’s a representative of the 4th generation of beekeepers in his family. 🐝

Beata Chojecka - Kuczek

Sales Director

Beata manages a seven-person sales team, advises companies and institutions on planning and implementing outdoor communication activities. She actively supports the Board in operational activities.

In summer, she relaxes in warm places where she recharges her batteries and gathers new ideas. In winter, she goes crazy on the slopes, where she feels as confident as in meetings. High heels are an inseparable element of her style.👠

President

Michał is the founder, owner, and CEO of Jet Line.

Sailor, together with Marcin Maszewski, he founded the Explorers’ Voyage Foundation.

In his free time, he reads a lot. He’s interested in history and culture, technology development and its impact on society. He sails, travels. ⚓️

He likes active recreation, and his favorite place on earth is Masuria.

Marcin is a co-owner and board member of Jet Line.

Art historian, sailor, board president and – together with Michał Ciundziewicki – founder of the Explorers’ Voyage Foundation, volunteer. ⚓️

Managing Director

Andrzej is the managing director at Jet Line.

Nearly 25 years of experience in managerial positions. Certified trainer, coach, and mentor EMCC.

Responsible for the technological transformation of the company.

He sails, travels, runs marathons, reads a lot, is always up-to-date with technological news.

Kinga Kosiara

Independent Accountant

Kinga is an independent accountant at Jet Line.

She really likes active recreation, but also watching movies and series. She reads – not just laws 😉

Her passion is cooking. She bakes delicious cakes, which is a very desirable skill at Jet Line.

Sales Department

Renata is a senior OOH consultant in the Sales Department.

Very precise and meticulous at work, she thinks for everyone and about everyone, taking a lot of responsibilities off clients. She puts her heart into everything. She dances masterfully.

Graphics graduate, specialization: Multimedia Techniques. She feels best in motion, dancing, cycling, or playing team games. At work, she prefers to channel her passion for movement into animation.

A creative, artistic soul. Eagerly advises creators in the process of preparing advertising campaigns. Values brilliance, curiosity about the world, and precision in action.

Mariusz Kozakiewicz

Campaign Execution

Mariusz is responsible for executing advertising campaigns at Jet Line. You’re more likely to find him on the production floor than in the office.

When asked what he likes to do, he replied that he likes to work. So employee of the year goes to… Mariusz. 🏆

Besides that, he enjoys sports, cars, technical things, and mountaineering. 💪

Sylwia is a Senior Account Manager in the Sales Department.

She has a background in business psychology. A lover of dogs and travel.

Andrzej Maszewski

CEO Synchrolab

Trained as an IT analyst, but has been connected with the advertising industry from the beginning.

He can turn any idea into an actual product that meets the client’s requirements.

Since 2019, he has been managing the production and advertising agency Synchrolab, which originated from Jet Line’s structure.

Jet Line products have come from his hands: the MORE network and MOBIJET advertising vehicles.

He enjoys combining different materials and technologies.
